A Ramp and ramps should always have a gripping surface that is continuous. The top of its handrail’s gripping surface should be mounted between 34 to 38 inches above its surface. It should also be noted that the ends of the handrails should be either rounded or it should return smoothly to the floor, or a post or the wall. And these hand rails should not rotate within their fitting. The cross slope of their surfaces should not be any more than 1:50. And its surfaces should always comply with 4.5. It should be kept in mind that all of them should be slip-resistant.
